As the countdown continues and the excitement builds to the 2023 Biogen Pete Marlin Surfski Race on November 4th and 5th, we were given a reminder that an important entry deadline is looming on October 1st.
We were recently shown the final designs for the race garments and we are super-excited about this year's official race shirts – but to be sure you get your shirt you have to have entered before October 1.
As event organisers we are confident this is going to be one of those race garments that is worn with pride by all entrants, but we need time to get all the shirts made and so we have to place the final orders and size curves early in October.
The uniquely-designed, long-sleeve tops are unisex, light-weight, multi-purpose shirts made from a quick-dry moisture-management fabric. It is certainly a step or two up from your average race T-shirt and we believe it is going to be coveted by those unlucky enough not be able to take part.
