By now you all should be well aware that the race date for the 2024 Biogen Pete Marlin Surfski Race is November 2-3, and we hope you have started booking flights or lifts, finding accommodation and maybe even braved some winter weather to start your training.
Anybody who has already experienced a Biogen Pete Marlin Surfski Race will know why so many paddlers consider it the best weekend of downwind paddling you can have – and return year after year.
As organisers, we aim to give you a slick event that complements the traditional Eastern Cape hospitality, and this year we also want to give you something extra – a top-quality, official custom-designed paddling shirt.
We are fairly excited about the design and quality of this year's race garment and are hoping everyone gets their entries in before September 9 to ensure they get the Biogen Pete Marlin Mocke paddling shirt.
Entry fees are R600 per paddler for singles and R400 per paddler for doubles. As always, all entries are via the official Canoe SA entry portal at paddler.canoesa.com |
